updating the locations of Case Files as they move. Our clients with coverage at every desktop
never lose a Case File and never search for Case Files.

The RFDeskTracker automates self-check-out in open Case File Rooms or where after-hours
access is permitted. Staff simply present their existing security badges and all Case Files
they are holding are read and checked out to them - no mouse nor keyboard action required.
Passive Tracking At Every Desk
The RFDeskTracker is mounted below the desk surface, saving critical
workspace on the desk. Case Files are automatically tracked as they arrive in the cubicle without any
need for staff compliance. Employees' normal work tasks are not altered, and nothing
